EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE! Renee did my hair, in a pinch I didn't know I needed a appointment but she took me anyway! Great work nice, tight, clean braids. I recommend these lady's please check them out if your looking for a hair braiding spot they will take care of you. Thanks Chris (The plumber)

I called on a Saturday to see if I could get in before a certain time since I had to go to work later that day and didn’t want to chance running late. There wasn’t an opening for the time requested (I called close to 2 for any openings before 4, so I knew it was a long shot to begin with). However, she was able to accommodate me early the next day and was able to get me out in two hours (waaaayyy less time than I normally take to do my hair). My hair is thick and curly/kinky/coily. The deep conditioning was greatly needed and appreciated as I have not been to a salon in about a year. She did a great job with the two strand twists and my family and coworkers complimented me on the look. Kellum is really down to earth and a very pleasant woman. She understood the characteristic of my hair, knew how to manage it, and made me feel comfortable. The shop is close to Ocean County College and is a reasonable distance for those who live Jackson, Toms River, Lakewood, and Brick.

I absolutely love this place, the staff is super talented. Everywhere I go I always get compliments on my hair whether I get box braids or a weave set , I never leave disappointed.
